Emma Calvert and Rosie Knapper are the founders of the Dorset based Neuro-inclusivity.

They are experienced leaders, speakers, coaches, facilitators and trainers who are on a mission to build awareness, upskill and mobilise neurodiverse talent in the workplace. They provide Neurodiversity training, coaching and expert advice to companies on development of their neurodiverse policies and practices.

Emma Calvert

Emma is one of the founders of Neuro-Inclusivity, a Dorset based company on a mission to help organisations develop awareness, build skills and harness the superpowers of their neurodiverse employees.

Her own background lies within Financial Services, where she led global teams working on change and transformation including Mergers and Acquisitions. Emma developed an interest in behavioural change and how to support employees and organisations positively through change. She is an award-winning Organisational Development expert, and is an Executive and Team Coach, as well as being at the forefront of Leadership Development.

Having worked across industries such as FS and Technology, Emma coached and has worked with an increasing number of people who are neurodiverse, and along with her co-founder, Rosie, they created Neuro-Inclusivity to help organisations build more inclusive workplaces for their neurodiverse employees. Emma also specialises in Neurodiversity Coaching.

Emma is often called upon as a guest speaker, podcast host and contributing writer for various publications and organisations.

Rosie Knapper

Founder, Neuro-Inclusivity UK

Rosie is a senior leader in the education sector championing equity for all and supporting leaders develop.

She has a degree in Education and an MSc in Organisational Psychology which fuelled her interest in how people learn and how to create environments for them to thrive. Rosie is Chair of SWRAC, an independent specialist college, which supports and trains young adults with special education needs into employment and prepares them for adulthood.

She is also a Skills Consultant with Dorset Chamber listening to employer’s skills needs and evolving training to be employer led through the Local Skills Improvement Plan. Rosie has led teams including neurodiverse and neurotypical employees.

She loves seeing the positive impact that neurodiversity training leads to for individuals, teams and workplaces.
